Once it is connected, press [Flash] button on your phone and listen for a dial tone
When you hear dial tone, dial the 2nd number
Once it is connected, dial *3
*78 to activate Do-Not-Disturb mode
Phone will not ring, calls are routed to voicemail*79 to deactivate Do-Not-Disturb mode
Put a call on hold *0
Take a call off hold *0
Press [Flash] button on your phone and listen for a dial tone
When you hear a dial tone, dial the extension number
Wait for the extension to answer
Press *2 then hang up to complete the transfer
Press *1
Dial the extension number
Hang up
For example, to blind transfer a call to an extension 1002, dial the following: *11002
Redial last incoming call *69
Press *1 to initiate a transfer
Press *41, followed by the parking spot number (any number that will be used to retrieve the call) and the # key
Wait until you hear a message confirming the call has been transferred, and then hang up
For example, to park a call at parking spot number 9, dial the following: *1*419#
Press *41, followed by the parking spot number
Press #
Wait 3-4 seconds and say Hello
For example, to retrieve a parked call from spot number 9, dial the following: *419#
